I was a patient at Whatcom Occupational Health when I injured my wrist at Peacehealth. The whole atmosphere of the office was so professional and friendly. They explained everything to me help me complete my paperwork everyone in the office from the receptionist to the CNA to my doctor was fabulous. I got answers to my questions and set forth a plan so that I could get better and return to work.

During my process of obtaining my DOT Medical Examiners Certificate, Janel Dela Cruz was awesome in the process and helped put my anxiety at ease! There were several extra steps for me to make and she was very helpful and calming. Thank you.
This place is great! Staff are patient and understanding. I feel that I am listened to. Which is huge in this day and age of healthcare. Denise is amazing and I actually feel that she cares about my symptoms. She is very helpful and I don’t feel rushed or disregarded in any way.

This is my second renewal of my CDL exam. All through my appointment calls and visits, as well as my actual exam, I have to say that the staff is top shelf. Most of my interactions were with June. She was is kind, courteous, and always smiling. A great show of trust. All of my interactions with the staff today, Christmas Eve, was professional and efficient. Thank you for hiring such great people! June as well as the others are assets to this business.

I came to WOH via a work place injury. I would be lost in this system if it wasn't for the people here at WHATCOM OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH I am quite sure that throughout my entire life I have never before been so impressed with a medical office, my current physician, and an entire staff as I am with WOH. The people answering the phones at WOH are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, the Dr I'm working with has been a blessing and the care I'm receiving couldn't be any more thorough. They are professional. On time, courteous and knowledgeable.
I had to come in to get a TB test done and it being a walk-in situation I assumed it would be a long wait. They were very fast, friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Attended this facility for a pre-employment physical, the front desk staff as well as the CMA Viktoriya and the Doctor were all friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal.

I came to this clinic after a work injury and they have been great in helping me out! Dr. Denise Taylor has been awesome in answering all my questions and I've felt very heard in all of my concerns. The receptionists have also been very kind and welcoming!
