How To Plan For Fall And Winter Influenza Season

  1. Cross train staff

  4. Encourage covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue and wash hands afterwards.
  5. Routinely clean commonly touched surfaces such as telephones, counter tops, computer keyboards and doorknobs.
  6. Do not use other workers office equipment.
  7. Encourage your staff to exercise a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest, diet, and relaxation.
  8. Wash your hands frequently and keep them away from your nose, mouth and eyes. Germs spread that way.
  9. Get vaccinated against the flu.
